NETWORKS TO PET-WORKS!
TES volunteers swapped Radio Networking for a days "Pet-Working" at the RSPCA in Preston. Making the most of the sunshine, while supporting a good cause, the team spent the day helping to prepare the site for the summer fair on the 16 June.
Under the strict supervision of Joey and Panda the TES team of volunteers did plenty of DIY work such as fence painting, gardening, clearing paths and also spent time helping to create the new sensory garden for the dogs who need a calm space as some find life in kennels very stressful.
TES very much hope to make this a regular event as it’s good to help where we can.
The RSPCA Preston & District Branch are entirely self-funding and rely on the generosity of the local community to continue their animal welfare work.

TES EXCEEDS PERFORMANCE TARGETS FOR 2018
The TES Operations Service department is pleased to announce that it's overall average SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance for 2018 was well ahead of target.
On average across the year, clients contracted for a five day service request SLA, enjoyed a resolution time of under two days. In addition, 100% of client infrastructure faults were resolved within SLA.
This performance is thanks to our knowledgeable & dedicated engineering team who are on call 24/7/365. Well done!
Clients with large fleets of hand portable radios, or large fleets of vehicle mounted radios, benefit from a dedicated online portal for requesting fleet services. This means that each individual request can be tracked, status logged and measured through to resolution.
